Sunday 5 July 2015: Following yesterday's South Brent Folk Day which included dulcimer workshops, concert items and a dulcimer stall there will be a 'Dulcimer Day' organised jointly by South Brent Folk and the Nonsuch Dulcimer Club. The event is dedicated to virtuoso hammer dulcimer player/teacher and a founder member of the Nonsuch Dulcimer club, Ian Hay who lived in South Brent towards the end of his life and died in September 2014.

The day will start with a South Brent Breakfast Café from 9.30-11.30 in the Old School Centre, featuring good food, good company and ….. Dulcimer music. In the afternoon there will be a session in The Oak pub from 2.00-4.00pm with the South West group of the Nonsuch Dulcimer Club. All welcome!!

Copies of Ian's CD 'Hay! Stacks!' will be on sale.
