Steve Turner began his career on the Manchester folk scene at the end of the 1960s. He is a multi-instrumentalist, with one of the best voices in the business who accompanies himself on the concertina and also plays cittern, mandolin and banjo. His 5th album 'The Whirligig of Time' was long listed for the BBC folk awards in 2008 and his latest 'Rim of the Wheel' was released in 2012 to rave reviews.

The Claque (Dave Lowry, Sean O'Shea, Tom Addison, Barry Lister) have four voices of depth and maturity blended to give warmth and harmony to the English tradition. Distilled from legendary groups of old, they formed as a group together in 2006 having known each other for the best part of forty years. They also combine to run the Exeter and Sidmouth folk clubs.
